Judging criteria for the Vocal Performance category is based solely on the vocal performance. Entrant may submit as many songs as desired in each category. Entrant may also enter the same song in more than one category. If you want to submit more than the song titles included on this form, please copy this form or add the songs on an attached piece of paper and include with your entry.

If you are entering multiple songs, please submit them on one CD. Please use a regular-size CD case (not the ultra thin kind) and label the spine with the entrant's name. Make sure the entrant's name is also written directly on the CD. Include a track listing. Include two copies of the lyrics for each song, please.
